The case of the prosecution is that on 29.08.2025, the petitioners in drunken mode, waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.815/- at knife point; that they further assaulted and threatened the defacto complainant of dire consequences. Hence, this case. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they were in judicial custody since 29.08.2025; and that the petitioners are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioners.

the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioners reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the first petitioner/ Lazar has nine previous cases and the second petitioner/ Jeeva has 12 previous cases; and that the investigation of the case is pending. 5.
Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioners, taking note of the fact that the investigation of this case is pending and if the petitioners are enlarged on bail, the petitioners would indulge in similar offence, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.
