ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the conditions imposed in Para 5 "further the Petitioners/Accused shall sign before SHO, Respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for 15 days and thereafter as and when required" as imposed by the learned Principal 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ssi Sessions Judge, Cuddalore by an order made in Crl.M.P.No.6680 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent/State on instructions submitted that the petitioners have regularly complying the condition for 11 days instead of 15 days as ordered in Crl.M.P.No.6680 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent/State, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.6680 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025 and the same is modified as follows: "the Petitioners/Accused shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti, for two more weeks on all working days". The other conditions imposed to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6680 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, shall remain intact.
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
