Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Mr.C.Paranthaman, the learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit he has no serious objection in allowing the above petition.

3.In light of the above, this condone delay petition stands ordered.

The delay of 19 days in filing the above CMA in ESIOP.No.7 of 2024 dated 11.07.2025 on the file of the Employees State Insurance Court, Coimbatore, is hereby condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.175788 of 2025 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
