ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 340 days against the order in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024 on the file the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu in filing the Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the petitioner pays a costs of Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand Only) to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
