W.M.P.No.47661 of 2025 in W.P.No.32233 of 2025 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the village name as No.47, Kayar Village in the affidavit and writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petition and consequently, issue a corrected copy of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed in the above writ petition.
