2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow these petitions.

Accordingly, these writ miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petitions and consequently, issue a corrected copy of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed in the above writ petitions.
