Ms.S.Sumathi, Administrator General & Official Trustee of TamilNadu for R1 Order The present application has been filed by Mr.S.V.R.Ramprasad, the CoTrustee of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate to relieve him from the assignment of Co-Trustee and appoint Mr.N.Dheeraj Kumar, the 2nd respondent herein as Co-Trustee of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate on the terms and conditions as directed by this Court in O.S.A.No.55 of 1970 dated 14.06.1971.

2. The report submitted by the Administrative General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu states that O.S.A.Nos.66 and 67 of 2000 was filed by one S.V.R.Ramprasad (great great grandson of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar) seeking to appoint him as Co-Trustee and modify the Scheme decree made in O.S.A.Nos.66 and 67 of 2000, which was allowed on 05.06.2000 and S.V.R.Ramprasad was appointed as Co-Trustee in the Trust of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate modifying the scheme decree passed in C.S.No.90 of 1963.

3. The present application is filed by the Co-Trustee to relieve him and appoint one Mr.N.Dheeraj Kumar, the 2nd respondent herein as Co-Trustee in his place.

4. Learned Administrative General and Official Trustee would submit that the said N.Dheeraj Kumar is discharging his duties relating to Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate and he is assisting the AG and OT in discharging the duties.

5. In view of the said position, the Administrative General and Official Trustee has no objection to appoint Mr.N.Dheeraj Kumar as Co-Trustee. This application stands allowed and Mr.N.Dheeraj Kumar is appointed as CoTrustee of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate in the place of Mr.S.V.R.Ramprasad.
