This application has been filed under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has already been set ex parte by the Arbitral Tribunal. It is further submitted that the matter is at the stage of recording evidence on the side of the claimant. 3.Taking into consideration the above submissions, mandate is extended by six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
