Heard.
2. This Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant as proposed defendant 10 to 12. The affidavit states that the 3rd defendant, who had entered appearance through counsel and filed written statement along with condone delay application, died on 17.09.2025 and that, upon particulars being furnished, the present application has been taken out to implead his legal heirs, namely, Renu A.Punjabi, Sheetal Arjun Punjabi and Rajiv Arjundas Punjabhi.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs submitted that the presence of the proposed parties is necessary for effective adjudication of the suit.
4. Learned counsel appearing on the respondent side raised no objection to the relief sought.
5. In view of the averments contained in the affidavit and considering that no serious objection has been raised on the respondent side, this Court is 3/4

6. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. The proposed parties, namely, Renu A.Punjabi, Sheetal Arjun Punjabi and Rajiv Arjundas Punjabhi are brought on record as defendants 10 to 12 in the above suit.
