This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.05.2025 thereby rejecting the approval of the appointment of three candidates in the Department of History, Mathematics and Economics. 2.

However, subsequently the petitioner submitted representation dated 17.09.2025 and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.

On instruction, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered on its own merits.

In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 17.09.2025 of the petitioner seeking approval of the appointment of three candidates in the Department of History, Mathematics and Economics and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
