When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that pursuant to the summons dated 06.08.2025, enquiry was conducted by the first respondent and the first respondent, finding that the matter

2/3 relates to a civil dispute between the parties, directed them to approach the Civil Court for appropriate orders; further, finding that due to the dispute, there was law and order problem, the parties have been directed not to enter into the property till such time orders are passed by the Civil Court; since enquiry has been closed, the matter has become infructuous. 2.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
