This application has been filed to amend the name of the plaintiff Nos.7 and 14 in C.S.No.65 of 2008 from "Maxwell Dyes and Chemicals Pvt Ltd" to "Maxwell Dyes and Chemicals LLP" and from "Shruti Traders Pvt Ltd" to "Shruti Traders LLP" in the short cause title, long cause title and in the declaration filed under Order VI Rule 14A of C.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the respondents and perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and as the application is only technical just in order to amend the person who would represent the company in the absence of Power of Attorney due to his death, this application is allowed, subject to proof and relevancy.

4.Applicant is directed to carryout consequential amendment in the plaint pursuant to the above order.
