ORDER

This application is filed to permit the applicant to re-open the evidence in O.P.No.130 of 2025.

2. According to the applicants, who are the petitioners in the main O.P.No.130 of 2025, have filed the said O.P. for grant of Letters of

Administration. Already, the evidence on the side of the applicants herein, is closed. Now, the applicants wanted to produce additional documents and hence, this application is filed to re-open the evidence on the side of the petitioners.

3. In this case, there is no respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present application and in order to mark the relevant documents, the evidence is to be re-opened.

5. Taking also into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
