ORDER

This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court on 05.01.2009.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and carefully went through the materials placed on record.

3.In the considered view of this Court, there is absolutely no genuineness on the part of the applicant. The order of attachment was passed on 05.01.2009 pursuant to the Award that was passed in Lok Adalat. The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2025 seeking for raising the attachment on the ground that two of his brothers died between the period from 2008 to 2019 and thereafter, there was pandemic and hence, the petitioner was not able to approach this Court on time.

4.There are absolutely no merits in this case and the affidavit is completely silent as to why it took the petitioner sixteen years to approach this Court seeking to raise the attachment.
