ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 16.10.2015 submitted by the petitioner and further direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry into the validity of the permits of the vehicles operated by the 3rd respondent departing
form Hosur at 6.15 am to Salem and at 5.15 P.m to Dharmapuri and to take appropriate action to stop the said vehicles if they are found to be operating without valid permits.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the holder of a stage carriage permit. A temporary permit that was issued to the third respondent was revoked on 03.10.2025. Despite such revocation, the third respondent seems to be operating his vehicle. Hence, the writ petition.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already considered.
