ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On a complaint made regarding the illegal construction having been raised by the petitioner, this Court had earlier passed an order on 16.06.2025 in WP No.21215 of 2025, directing the authorities to consider the representation/complaint against the petitioner's construction, alleged to be illegal.

2. Thereafter, the petitioner was required, by notice dated 02.09.2025, to furnish documents, if any in support of his construction. As no document was furnished, the petitioner was required to demolish and remove the unauthorised building within 15 days, vide notice dated 14.10.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to the said notice, the petitioner has submitted an application on 24.10.2025.

4. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, we direct the respondent Corporation to decide the petitioner's application, one way or the other, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.50884, 50881 of 2025 are closed. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.)
