Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 seeking permission to participate in the selection process to the post of Labour Welfare Officer through internal selection in pursuance to the notification in Lr. No.40223/G.18/G.181/2025-4 dated 14.10.2025 issued by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
