This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.887 of 2025, dated 13.06.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
