ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the Crl.R.C.SR.No.31914 of 2024 in C.A.No.100 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 passed by the 1st Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur (FAC), Thiruvallur District.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 27 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. 05-03-2026 MJS
