ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to the first respondent to expeditiously dispose of his application which is pending since 2023.

2. We find that the petitioner is directly making communication to the Chairperson, State Human Rights Commission. The proper course is to submit an application in the pending proceedings.

3. No details have been given as to how many cases filed before the application submitted by the petitioner are pending consideration.

4. The prayer for expeditious disposal may be made by

submitting proper application in pending proceedings rather than sending letters to the first respondent.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
