ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.9 of 2025 in O.S.No.1036 of 2023, within a time frame, as fixed by this court.
2. The respondent herein filed the above said suit against the petitioner herein/1st defendant and another for recovery of money, based on the promissory note. In the said suit, the property of the petitioner was attached and hence, to raise the attachment, the petitioner herein, filed the instant application.
3. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the petition to raise 2 of Page 5
attachment that the petitioner had deposited the entire suit amount. Though the petition to raise attachment was filed as early as on 03.04.2025, till date, the same has not been disposed of.
4. Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit filed in the support of the petition to raise attachment that the petitioner has deposited the entire suit amount, this court is inclined to direct the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.9 of 2025 in O.S.No.1036 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, on its own merits.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
