ORDER

Both the parties appeared before this Court along with their respective counsels.

2. A memo of compromise, dated 29.10.2025 has been produced by the parties. The petitioner has paid the amount to the respondent/defacto complainant. Now the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the compromise, and the terms of compromise have been duly recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is disposed of, and the compromise memo shall form part of this order. Since, the matter has been settled, the petitioner is ordered to be acquitted, and the warrant issued against the petitioner is ordered to be withdrawn in view of the compromise.
