This application has been filed by the applicant, to permit the applicant to examine the witnesses viz. Mr.S.Kalyankumar and Mr.S.Karthikeyan as plaintiff's side witnesses. 2.According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main Suit. The Suit has been filed for recovery of money as against the respondents and the respondents / defendants were already set exparte in the main Suit. In order to examine the attesting witnesses, who were present at the time of execution of the sale agreement, the above application has been filed. Since the plaintiff's side evidence was already closed, this application is filed to reopen the plaintiff's side evidence.
