This application has been filed by the applicant to reopen the plaintiffs side evidence for adducing further evidence.

2.According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main Suit. The Suit has been filed for recovery of money as against the respondents and the respondents / defendants were already set exparte in the main Suit. been filed. Since the plaintiff's side evidence was already closed, this application is filed to reopen the plaintiff's side evidence. Other side were already set exparte. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, and in order to prove the case of the plaintiff, the examination of witnesses are necessary. Therefore, this application is allowed.
