This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 542 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the Crl.A.No.10 of 2020 by Judgment dated 23.01.2023 by the learned District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
