O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash all further proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.91 of 2023, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the C.C. is of the year 2023. The trial has already commenced and P.W.1 has already been examined on 05.05.2025 itself.

3. Taking into consideration that the trial has already commenced, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings.

4. At this juncture, Mr.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C./Section 351 of BNSS, on the date of 2/5

pronouncing judgment and also on any other dates as may be required by the trial Court. The petitioners shall file an affidavit before the trial Court that they will be duly represented by their counsel on all hearing dates and will co-operate for the progress of the trial.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the ground before the trial Court.

7. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.21013 of 2025 is closed. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.21014 of 2025, is ordered.
