O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that final award proceedings was concluded and award was passed on 15.09.2025. However, the claim in entirety as such sought for is yet to be settled.

2. It is for the petitioner to approach the competent Authority if he is not satisfied with the award already passed in compliance with the orders of this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 86 years. Taking into consideration the age factor of the petitioner, in the event of preferring any appeal, the competent Authority shall dispose of by giving priority, by considering the age of the petitioner. 2/4
