ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time of four weeks to comply the order passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.18510 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1924 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that due to ill-health, he is not able to deposit the amount within a stipulated time. Hence, he seeks some more time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18510 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1924 of 2025 dated 06.10.2025, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the suspension of sentence ordered by this court shall stand vacated.
