ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records of the order made in C.M.P.NO.722 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 passed by the Learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting bail to the petitioner in C.M.P.NO.722 of 2025 the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem, imposed a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He submits that the petitioner is very poor so the petitioner is not able to execute a bond for for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The reason assigned by the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No. 4.1. Of the order dated 09.08.2024. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court. Except above modification other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. 28-11-2025 pbl Note: Issue order copy on 03.12.2025.
