ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Though number of grounds have been urged to assail the validity and legality of the sale proceedings drawn in the year 2024,

taking into consideration that the petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal challenging the second sale proceedings, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

3. With liberty to pursue the application which is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner may pray for expeditious disposal of the pending application. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
