When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the respondent herein considered the appeal filed by the petitioner and 1/3

passed final orders in Ni.Mu.800/2025/A6 dated 29.05.2025. A copy of order dated 29.05.2025 was also handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
