ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.On the last occasion, while passing the order, by an oversight, the liberty granted to the petitioner was not recorded in the order. 3.Therefore, the matter is clarified and the following paragraph shall be added at the end of the order dated 18.03.2026 in Cont.P. No. 207 of 2026:- "It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the issues in the suit that has now been filed before the Additional District Court, Tiruvannamalai, in O.S.No.286 of 2025. It is needless to state that any observations made in the Contempt Petition shall not bind the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai."

4. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 18.03.2026, shall remain unaltered.

5.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue a fresh order copy.
