This petition has been filed seeking further time to comply with the directions dated 15.07.2025 whereby, a coordinate Division Bench had directed the appellant to deposit 50% of the award amount. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant states that the petitioner has to mobilize the funds to deposit the amount. Time is granted till 09.01.2026 and on failure, the respondents are permitted to move the Execution Court for further reliefs. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. (C.V.K., J.)
