ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking to direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the petitioner's application __________Page 1 of 4

dated 24.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6.

2.Since the petitioner's application is yet to be considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

4.Since it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that the second respondent has already proposed to conduct enquiry, based on the petitioner's application, a direction may be issued to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 24.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application dated 24.07.2025 for cancellation of patta, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6. __________Page 2 of 4

6.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 24.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the respondents 5 and 6, after holding a proper enquiry by hearing respondents 5 and 6 along with the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
