Vigilance Cell within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) While learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition on the statement that now the Revenue Divisional Officer has granted a community certificate in his favour, learned State counsel would inform that according to his instructions, the community certificate of petitioner stands cancelled by the order of State Level Scrutiny Committee and this was not brought to the notice of the Revenue Divisional Officer, but, now the competent authority would be instructed to take appropriate action.
