This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant monetary benefits for the period from 01.04.1991 to 14.05.2004, based on the G.O (D) No.138, dated 24.06.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same, in the light of the G.O (D) No.138, dated 24.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
