ORDER

(made by N.Sathish Kumar, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent/Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to dispose the Contempt Application No.25 of 2022 within a reasonable time limit as may be prescribed by this Court.

2.

It is the case of the petitioners that though the order was passed in their favour on 20.12.2021 in O.A.No.965 of 2019, the same has not been implemented so far. Therefore, they have filed a Contempt Application No.25 of 2022. However, the same has been repeatedly adjourned without disposal. Hence, they have preferred the present petition.

3.

The learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the matter is posted on 01.12.2025 for appearance of the respondents. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no time limit can be fixed. However, since the contempt application was filed in the year 2022, the Tribunal shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
