This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02.07.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the

learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the leaned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02.07.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
