The civil revision petition seeks a direction to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to expedite the enquiry in HMOP No.179 of 2025. 2.A perusal of the documents filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the Original Petition was filed in the year 2023 before the Sub Court, Kanchipuram and the same was subsequently transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore.

3.The respondent entered appearance before the Family Court, Coimbatore only on 04.11.2025. Therefore, it is clear that the pleadings of the parties have not yet been completed. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Family Court for early disposal.

4.Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after substantial progress in the original petition.
