This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police station daily twice at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23711 of 2025 by order dated 04.09.2025 in Crime No.37 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23711 of 2025 in Crime No. 37 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025 regularly. 3.In view of the above submissions made by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23711 of 2025 in Crime No. 37 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025 is Page Nos.2/5
