ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1408 of 2025 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum JM at Shollinganallur dated 13.10.2025 and relax the condition to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to health issues he was not able to appear before the Trial Court periodically. Hence, prays to modify the condition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submissions made by the petitioner the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1408 of 2025 on 13.10.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m.

till the disposal of the Criminal appeal.
