This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 173 days in presenting the above Criminal Appeal, against the judgement passed in C.C.NO.4727 of 2018, on the file of Fast Track Court -II, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai, dated 13.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 173 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
