ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the dismissal of the petitioners' application filed under Section 94 of BNSS seeking to summon the Registrar of Companies to prove a public document. 2.

It appears that after the impugned order was passed dismissing the petitioners' application seeking summoning of Registrar of Companies to mark a public document, the petitioners sought for producing a document under Section 294 Cr.P.C., which was objected to by the respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent was not aware of the filing of the said document and the order passed on the said request made by the petitioner. 4.

On a perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds no infirmity as the document that is sought to be marked through the witness is a public document. Therefore, the learned Magistrate may consider reading the 2\4

said document in evidence subject to any objection with regard to its genuineness and admissibility. The Trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of three weeks from today.
