ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.17737 of 2025 in in Crl.M.P.No. 14494 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1212 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025. 1/3

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that since she was in prison, she lost her employment so, she could not arrange the funds and to deposit the amount within a stipulated time. Hence, he seeks some more time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted finally to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17737 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No. 14494 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1212 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the suspension of sentence ordered by this court shall stand vacated.
