This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15765 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19733 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have not been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the age of the petitioner and the nature of offence the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15765 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19733 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st and 15th of every English Month calendar at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 12.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No kmm To
