The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 342, 344, 1/5
370(3), 370A(2), 374, 506(i) read with Section 109 of IPC and Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.24 of 2024, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25788 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:
The petitioner earlier filed a bail petition before theis Court in Crl.O.P.No.23417 of 2025 and this Court vide order dated 22.08.2025 dismissed the same on the ground that the petitioner was arrested while he was landed at Trichy Airport, the case is also at PRC stage and the case is not progressing. After the dismissal of the earlier bail petition, there is no change in circumstances established before this Court. Hence, I am not inclined to consider this bail petition.
Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order. 2/5
