ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in CRl.M.P.No.2329 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32258/2024 on 21.02.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in CRl.M.P.No.2329 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32258/2024 on 21.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
