ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police for executing sureties as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.23325 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide K.RAJASEKAR , J.

Crl.M.P.No.20908 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23325 of 2025 ssi order dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23325 of 2025 directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that he was not able to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram, due to the reason he could not able to arrange the money for depositing. Hence, he prays to extend the time to comply with the conditions.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23325 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
