ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition in in Para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27895 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions as imposed by this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27895 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i..e, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation".
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
