ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet in Crime No.23 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.23 of 2019 within a period of two (2) months from today.
